The RN&RMAA AGM will take place 6 May 2009, 1900 at JESTERS Club, RNAS YEOVILTON

The standing agenda is as follows:

  9. Voting in of Association Officers - Coarse Sec relief
  10. Debate on increase in annual membership fees.
  11. Life Membership Nominations
  12. RN Colours Awarded
  13. Ratification of RN&RMAA Constitution

Members are encouraged to put forward any agenda items that they wish to be raised via their respective section secretaries and in writing to the National Secretary. New agenda items will be accepted up to COP 22 Apr 09.

ALL RN&RMAA members are encouraged to attend. You have a voice; if there are areas of your association that you would wish to be changed, the AGM is the place to raise your concerns.

Apologies to those of you who have read my letter explaining why annual membership fees have been increased which stated that the AGM was to take place in Mar 09. In order to give members sufficient time to feed the agenda and to make arrangements to attend, I took the decision to postpone the meeting to May 09.
